Managing Engineer of Structural Discipline
Design & direct projects involving pre-engineered steel & requiring stress analysis. Prepare construction plans, specifications and Gantt charts. Design foundations for load calculations, reactions & embedment steel. Direct, review & approve material submittals by outsourced firms. Monitor & manage conformance to plans & safety standards. Submit preliminary cost analysis to determine project feasibility. Direct & submit construction compliance affidavits. Approve change orders & authorize buy-outs.
